Part of Thunder’s Simple Mixers collection, the Toffee Vodka Mule is made using fiery ginger beer & Thunder Toffee + Vodka, a winning combination.

Thunder Toffee + Vodka: 40 ml

Ginger Beer Top up

Bitters Splash

Garnish Lime wedge

How to mix

Fill the highball glass with cubed ice, then add the yummy Toffee + Vodka. Top up with a fiery ginger beer of your choice, a squeeze of fresh lime and a dash of  bitters.
